How do I open a sofa bed?
Nothing ruins that pre-snooze relaxation like having to faff around with complicated fold-out mechanisms - that’s why we’ve made sure our sofa beds are super simple to operate.
With most coming in three different opening styles – click-clack, fold-out, and pull-out – each sofa is designed to have you resting in the blink of an eye. Up first, the click-clack style, simply push the backrest until it lays flat – it’s that simple! A folding sofa bed is a little similar, the backrest lays flat, and then the top seat cushions fold out to be the mattress.
Lastly, the pull out sofa bed. These are the most common types, so you’ve likely come across these, or even spent a night on one already! Start by removing the sofa cushions, then gently guide the concealed mattress up and out of the back of the sofa. Lastly, lay your mattress down and let the legs pop out for full support – voila!
And what if all three of those sound like too much work? Well - our electric sofa bed is definitely your thing! Folding out (and back in again) in under 23 seconds, all you need to do is push the button and stand back. Job done!
