How big is a double mattress?
A standard double-size mattress measures 4 feet 6 inches wide by 6 feet 3 inches long, or 135cm x 190cm.
All the mattresses available in our double-size range will fit our standard double beds. You just need to be mindful of the height of the mattress - this does vary, and some extra thick mattresses will peek above the ends of lower footboards, which might not be the look you're going for.
