Our charity and community activities are focussed on supporting the up to 6 million people currently living in furniture poverty, without the basic household essentials they need to create a home.

DFS have been proud partners with the charity since 2013, raising over £8million. Now we want to take our support to the next level, by tackling a problem we know best; making a house a home, for the children and families living in furniture poverty.
Lead Furniture Partner for Emergency Essentials
We’re dedicating our fundraising and furniture donations to the BBC CIN Emergency Essentials programme which delivers home essentials like sofas, beds, tables & chairs, and white goods to families living in crisis.

Through ‘Giving Back’, we’ve created a framework based around three simple commitments that help make a difference in our local communities, and empower and support our colleagues to have an impact, too.
