• We recommend a firm, solid ground fixing for this pergola, ideally bolted into solid concrete base - paving slabs are unsuitable as they can lift in high winds

• The assembly location must be level and safe for our crew to assemble your pergola - they are unable to assemble around hot tubs or other non-removable equipment for health and safety reasons

• Please note that a Pergola is considered customized furniture. Once it has been installed, unless faulty, it cannot be cancelled or returned
