There really are so many amazing different benefits on offer - from competitive pay to wellbeing support, we’ve got you covered. Straight away, you’ll have access to some amazing savings available to you through ‘Your Deal’ where you can access everything in a simple way!

The Your Deal Portal is the one stop shop where colleagues can access exclusive discounts at over 800 retailers, savings on days out and holidays and cash back on purchases, it’s also where you can apply for the Cycle2Work, SmartTech and Westfield Health benefits and where to find information on all the other perks and wellbeing support available.

Yes! We have a great colleague discount scheme - ‘My Rates & Mates Rates’, this gives you 30% off products when you purchase yourself and up to three 15% discounts per year for your family & friends. That’s off of any products across the whole DFS Group, so you can furnish your home from DFS & Sofology for much less!

Alongside the instant savings you can make from selected retailers from cashback on Your Deal, we also have some different ways of saving those pennies, such as:
