Are bed bases or bed frames better?
Generally, most people prefer a frame over a bed base, as they can offer additional storage and often come with a headboard.
That's because a base is usually solid underneath, whereas a bed frame can let you make use of the space underneath for storage - whether that's an ottoman bed with a lift-up mattress, built-in drawers on a divan bed, or simply an off-the-floor bed frame on legs where you can slide boxes underneath.
You can also often find frames at a more affordable price point than bed bases. For these reasons, we mostly stock bed frames, as most customers find them a better option - although we do offer a few bed bases without storage too!
