Are there different rug sizes available?
Of course! We’ve got everything from small to large rugs to be sure you can find one that works for the size of the room you’re working with.
One of our customers’ most common conundrums is: ‘should your rug be bigger than your sofa?’ And, while every living room is different, we do recommend choosing a rug that’s larger than your sofa. At a minimum, select a rug that extends at least 30cm on either side of your sofa. This makes your space feel even more open and airy.
How do I use a rug to ‘zone’ my home?
What is zoning, you ask? Well, it’s when you visually separate different parts of your rooms, most often using a touch of colour, strategic furniture placement or – you guessed it - a rug!
Rugs are just the thing for zoning, as they effortlessly divide the room into key segments. For example, say you work from home in the living room, but still want your sofa space a few feet away to feel super relaxed. Simply pop a plush rug in between your desk and the sofa, and voila: you have two separate zones!
For an open layout, go for an ‘all-legs on approach’ putting all your sofa’s feet on a rug to create a self-contained, chilling zone.

How do I clean my rug?
Rug cleaning isn’t as daunting as it needs to be. Our most important tip: dab not drag.
If you have a spillage or spot some muddy footprints, your best port of call is to always use a damp cloth and dab the stain gently. Any harsh rubbing or scrubbing is likely to push the stain further into the material, making it harder to remove.
