🩷 Pink Sofa of Dreams!🩷 We welcomed our new dfs Joules Patterdale sofa into our home on Saturday and WOW. It's squishy, spacious and absolutely gorgeous. The cushions are plump, snuggly and perfect for fliging yourself onto after a hard day at work (scroll to the end for silliness😂). But seriously, adding a pink sofa to the room has really warmed up this space. It feels much cosier and dare I say, slightly more elevated?! What do you think? ⭐️Living Room⭐️ Just before Christmas I made a start transforming the living room from grey and drab to beige and fab. After stripping the wallpaper off the main wall, I painted all the walls in the colour Portland Stone by littlegreenepaintcompany which instantly made the room look lighter and brighter. In March we bought a new sofa and cuddle chair from the Ted Baker range dfs which gives a touch of elegance. New Roman blinds have been added and I have a new light to go up which is so beautiful. Next on the list is a media wall which I’m hoping to start very soon. Living room progress so far… Since moving in at the end of January, here’s where we’re at with the living room so far🌿 We went for the Ada sofa from dfs in the chocolate and stone combo and I’m honestly obsessed with how cosy it’s made the space feel already. Luckily we found a cuddler chair that fits so perfectly in the bay window 🙌🏼 Now ChatGPT has confused me on whether I should go for shelves above the sofa or keep pictures there?! The snug is definitely our go to spot at the moment, the perfect place to switch off and hide away for a bit. We’ve still got plenty to do in the rest of the house, and it’s been a slow process with life getting in the way, but we’ll get there… and hopefully be worth the wait 🤍🤎 For now, we’re just enjoying making the most of this little space ✨
