Something not working quite right? Check out our troubleshooting tips below to fix common issues you may encounter when using your Rogan Express music chair!
The Rogan Express chair requires a secure mains power connection for the audio and vibration functions to work. Ensure all cables are securely attached, all power switches are in the on position, and your mains power socket is working correctly.
Ensure your chair is powered on and that the power button is flashing blue before attempting to connect. If the power light is green, another device may already be connected. Long press the MV button to disconnect the current Bluetooth device and try connecting again.
Ensure your Bluetooth device is within 10 metres of the chair and there are no obstacles between the two - Bluetooth connections can be blocked by walls or large pieces of furniture, and this may cause a poor playback experience.
You may have adjusted the vibration mode to the minimum level. Press the MV button until it and the V+ and V- buttons glow blue, then press V+ to increase the vibration intensity.
Your chair may be in fixed vibration mode. Check if the MD button is glowing blue - if it is, short press it to switch back to dynamic vibration mode.
If the V+ and V- buttons are glowing blue, your chair is in vibration control mode. Simply press the MV button to switch back to volume control mode, and these buttons should now glow green.
Alternatively, your chair may already be set to minimum or maximum volume. To adjust the volume further, you will need to adjust the volume settings on your connected Bluetooth device.
