How to use your Visionary sofa
Want to quickly get to grips with your swanky new sofa? Explore our quick user guide below, with tips and tricks to help you get the most from your Cinesound Visionary experience.
Plugging in
Plug your sofa into the mains, and ensure it’s switched on at the socket and at the switch on the back of the console (this will glow red when the power is on).
Turning on
Hold down the power button on the console for 3 seconds, until you hear “Power on” and the buttons turn blue.
Reclining seats, adjustable headrests and power footrests
Control your reclining three ways: intuitive touchscreen controls on models with screens, handy app controls via connected Bluetooth devices, or classic button controls on the outer arm.
Hidden storage area
Visionary’s console storage area is power controlled – you can open and close this storage using the touchscreen control.
Connecting your device
To pair your sofa, select the Bluetooth mode and choose “Cinesound Screen Sofa” from the list of devices. The four-digit password to connect will be stuck to the console of your sofa. Touch the Bluetooth button until you hear “Bluetooth disconnect” if you want to change the connected device.
Playing media
You can control audio from your device as normal, or by using the buttons on your sofa’s control panel. You can pause or play audio, increase and decrease the volume, and skip tracks forward or backward using the relevant options on the panel.
Vibration mode
Short press the vibration mode buttons on your touchscreen to independently control vibration on each seat of your sofa.
Charging functions
Your Visionary sofa has several charging options: USB, USB-C, and wireless. Place your device on the wireless charging plate, or plug into the USB/USB-C ports in the centre of the console and arm of the sofa.
Broadcast mode
Broadcast mode lets you connect and synchronise multiple Cinesound sofas. Select this mode on your touchscreen or short press the broadcast button on your main console to turn on this mode – it will initially flash for 30 seconds, then stay steadily lit blue – then turn your other sofa(s) on and press the same broadcast button.
