The competition runs from 4th May 2022 - 31st May 2022. Competition only open to persons aged 18 years or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to DFS, Joules employees or their families. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Entries only valid when prize draw forms are fully completed. The winner will receive £1000 to spend on the Joules collection at DFS. This prize includes delivery. Please note that the Promoter will deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Timescales and lead times will be discussed upon notification to the winner. The decision of DFS is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into and the decision cannot be contested in court. There is no cash alternative to this prize. Prizes are not transferable and non-refundable. The winner will be the first entry selected from all eligible entries by an electronic random draw. The draw will take place on 11th June 2022 and the winner will be notified within 24 hours by email. A winner who cannot be contacted after 5 attempts will forfeit their prize and it will be reallocated. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are unable to take up the prize. The winner must agree to take part in any publicity as required and be available for photography. DFS shall not be liable for any loss damage, injury or disappointment whatsoever which may be suffered by you as a result of or in connection with or arising out of or as a result of you entering this prize draw except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Insofar as is permitted by law, DFS, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of DFS, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
