During the past few weeks new regulations have been put in place in order to help contain the spread of COVID-19.
At present, we will continue to manufacture and deliver furniture throughout the various lockdowns and tiered approaches across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. This means that we should still be able to meet the estimated delivery date we gave you when you placed your order with us.
What is my estimated delivery date?
This is the date we gave you when you placed your order and it will be on your order confirmation paperwork. Your estimated delivery date is when we expect your sofa to arrive at our local distribution centre. Please note this is an approximate date and was based on the information we had at the time you placed your order. Although we make every effort to meet it, on some occasions, particularly while working within the constraints of COVID-19 regulations, your furniture may be slightly delayed. In this current climate we also advise you to keep hold of your old furniture until we can confirm your exact delivery date. We will make every effort to keep you informed.
How will I know if my order will be on time?
For customers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland the best way to keep informed about your order is to monitor Track My Order. For customers in the Republic of Ireland please use Track My Order IRE. We will update the status of your order 24 hours before it is due into our local distribution centre. When your sofa is ready and has arrived at the centre, you can arrange a delivery slot through our automated system, or we will give you a call to organise a convenient date.
What if my order is delayed?
Due to new COVID-19 regulations,the increased number of colleagues self isolating and working within the parameters of social distancing guidelines, there may be a short delay in receiving your order. This is nothing to worry about and we appreciate your patience during this difficult time. The ‘track my order’ tool on our website is the best way to keep informed about your estimated delivery date.
